They are specially trained under the guidance of a

certified/licensed clinician.

Why are therapy dogs work important?

Research shows their work can lower blood pressure,

 reduce stress, enhance a patients abilitly to progress

physically, emotionally, & psychological.

What makes a great therapy dog?

A great therapy dog is friendly, confident, and likes visiting

with all humans. They are controllable, predictable, and

 non-agressive in any situation. They initiate contact, stay

engaged, and are easy to redirect. They are free of any signs of

ill-health and current on all vaccinations. And of course,
